目的：探讨环乳晕切口在乳腺纤维瘤临床治疗中的应用效果。方法：2011年2月-2013年1月收治乳腺纤维瘤患者90例，根据随机原则分组。对照组采用放射状切口，试验组采用环乳晕切口。术后随访1年以上，对比两组在切口愈合情况、复发率、美观满意度等方面的差异性。结果：两组切口愈合情况、复发率比较组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。与对照组相比，试验组对乳房美观满意度明显较高，组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在乳腺纤维瘤手术中采用环乳晕切口可取得满意的美观效果，且不影响切口愈合，不增加复发，今后可将其推广应用。

목적：탐토배유훈절구재유선섬유류림상치료중적응용효과。방법：2011년2월-2013년1월수치유선섬유류환자90례，근거수궤원칙분조。대조조채용방사상절구，시험조채용배유훈절구。술후수방1년이상，대비량조재절구유합정황、복발솔、미관만의도등방면적차이성。결과：량조절구유합정황、복발솔비교조간차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。여대조조상비，시험조대유방미관만의도명현교고，조간차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재유선섬유류수술중채용배유훈절구가취득만의적미관효과，차불영향절구유합，불증가복발，금후가장기추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the ring areola incision in the clinic treatment of mammary gland fibroma.Methods:90 cases with mammary gland fibroma were selected from February 2011 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into groups according to the random principle.The control group were treated with radial incision.The experimental group were treated with ring areola incision.They were given postoperative follow-up for more than one year.The differences were compared between the two groups in the wound healing,recurrence rate,aesthetic satisfaction and so on.Results:The wound healings and recurrence rates of two groups were compared,and the difference between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the mammary gland fibroma operation,using ring areola incision can obtain satisfactory appearance effect.It does not affect the healing of incision and increase the recurrence.It can be applied in the future.
