目的：探讨长托宁复合咪达唑仑的临床应用价值，观察其对高血压术前麻醉患者的影响。方法：收治手术治疗的高血压患者50例，随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组手术麻醉前应用阿托品复合咪达唑仑，试验组手术麻醉前应用长托宁复合咪达唑仑，统计两组口干、镇静程度，比较两组遗忘率。结果：用药90 min后，对照组口干、镇静评分分别为(2.1±0.6)分、(1.2±0.4)分，均低于试验组(P＜0.05)，试验组遗忘率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：长托宁复合咪达唑仑用于高血压手术患者麻醉前用药，效果较佳。

목적：탐토장탁저복합미체서륜적림상응용개치，관찰기대고혈압술전마취환자적영향。방법：수치수술치료적고혈압환자50례，수궤분위대조조화시험조。대조조수술마취전응용아탁품복합미체서륜，시험조수술마취전응용장탁저복합미체서륜，통계량조구간、진정정도，비교량조유망솔。결과：용약90 min후，대조조구간、진정평분분별위(2.1±0.6)분、(1.2±0.4)분，균저우시험조(P＜0.05)，시험조유망솔고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：장탁저복합미체서륜용우고혈압수술환자마취전용약，효과교가。
Objective:To explore the value of clinical application of penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with midazolam,to observe the influence of preoperative anesthesia in patients with hypertension.Methods:50 hypertensive patients with operation treatment were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group were given atropine combined with midazolam in anesthesia before the operation,and the experimental group were treated with penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with midazolam in anesthesia before the operation.We compared the dry mouth,sedation, amnesia rate of the two groups.Results:After 90 minutes of treatment,in the control group,dry mouth and vibration score were respectively (2.1 ± 0.6)and(1.2 ± 0.4),which were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).We compared two groups of forgetting rate,and the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(32% VS 16% ,P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with midazolam for preanesthetic medication of hypertensive patients with operation is significant.
