目的:通过对小儿所患的心肌炎多病原感染出现诸多临床方面的情况进行相关分析与探讨;方法我院特采取酶联免疫的方式对参与此次研究的心肌炎患儿体内感染病原进行医疗检测;结果经过全面检测,得出46例患儿当中,属于柯萨奇B3(CVB3)病毒并呈现阳性的患儿共计有27例,共占总概率的58.69%;属于艾柯(ECHO)病毒并呈现阳性的患儿共计有9例,共占总概率的19.56%;属于肺炎支原体(MP)并呈现阳性的患儿共计有4例,共占总概率的8.69%;属于EB病毒并呈现阳性的患儿共计有3例,共占总概率的6.52%;另外还有3例使用酶联免疫方式并未检测出相关病原的患儿,共占总概率的6.52%;结论小儿心肌炎是一种十分常见的儿童心血管疾病,而且其症还存在着多种病毒联合对患儿进行感染的可能,在临床治疗当中时应该针对不同病原感染进行相关的治疗。

Objective By using the method of correlation analysis and discussion of the clinical aspects of multi pathogen infection of patients in pediatric myocarditis;Method Our hospital adopts methods ELISA medical detection of virus infection in children with myocarditis in vivo source to participate in the study.Result After a thorough inspection, a total of 46 cases were obtained, which belongs to the Coxsackie B3 virus (CVB3) and positive with a total of 27 cases, the total probability 58.69%; Ai Ke (ECHO) virus and positive with a total of 9 cases, the total probability of mycoplasma pneumonia (MP belongs to 19.56%;) and positive with a total of 4 cases, the total probability 8.69%; belongs to EP virus and positive with a total of 3 cases, the total probability 6.52%; another 3 cases using ELISA method did not detect pathogens in children, accounting for a total probability of 6.52%;Conclusion Clinical pediatric myocarditis is a very common cardiovascular disease in children, but the disease stil exist in a variety of virus infection in patients with joint may, in clinical treatment should be treated more added to the different infection pathogen.
