目的：探讨超声诊断在非均匀性脂肪肝中的应用价值；方法选择35例非均匀性脂肪肝患者为研究对象，采用彩色多普勒彩色诊断仪进行诊断，以病理结果为金标准；结果35例非均匀性脂肪肝，Ⅰ型局限型7例(20%)，Ⅱ型叶段型10例(28.57%)，Ⅲ型弥漫非均质型18例(51.42%)。1例局限型脂肪肝被误诊为血管瘤，3例弥漫非均质型脂肪肝被误诊为小肝癌，后经肝穿刺活检证实为非均匀性脂肪肝。结论非均匀性脂肪肝有其明显的影像特征，结合穿刺活检，对于非均匀性脂肪肝早期诊断、治疗有积极的临床价值。

objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in the non-uniformity of fatty liver; Methods 35 cases of non-uniformity of fatty liver patients in this study, the use of color Doppler diagnostic diagnosis, pathology results to the gold standard; result of 35 cases of non-uniformity of fatty liver, Ⅰ type localized seven cases (20%), type ? leaf segment type 10 cases (28. 57%), Ⅲ type diffuse heterogeneity in 18 cases (51.42%). One case of localized fatty liver was misdiagnosed as hemangioma, three cases of diffuse heterogeneity type of fatty liver was misdiagnosed as a smal hepatocelular carcinoma, liver biopsy confirmed after non-uniformity of fatty liver. Conclusion inhomogeneous fatty liver has its obvious image features, combined with biopsy for early diagnosis of non-uniformity fatty liver, treatment has a positive clinical value.
