目的：对于重症急性胰腺炎进行外科手术治疗并观察其临床疗效。方法选取于2009年2月至2012年6月来我院就诊的重症急性胰腺炎患者35例，均采用外科手术治疗，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组35例患者治愈31例，死亡4例，比较手术不同时机的治疗效果，早期手术的患者治愈率低于延期手术的患者，且其死亡率和并发症明显增高，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对于重症急性胰腺炎患者选取适当的手术时机对患者的预后非常重要，严格掌握手术的适应证和选择正确的手术时机，可明显提高患者的治愈率和降低死亡率。
목적：대우중증급성이선염진행외과수술치료병관찰기림상료효。방법선취우2009년2월지2012년6월래아원취진적중증급성이선염환자35례，균채용외과수술치료，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과본조35례환자치유31례，사망4례，비교수술불동시궤적치료효과，조기수술적환자치유솔저우연기수술적환자，차기사망솔화병발증명현증고，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론대우중증급성이선염환자선취괄당적수술시궤대환자적예후비상중요，엄격장악수술적괄응증화선택정학적수술시궤，가명현제고환자적치유솔화강저사망솔。
objective for severe acute pancreatitis surgical operation treatment and observe its clinical therapeutic effect. Methods 35 patients with severe acute pancreatitis from 2009 February to 2012 June in our hospital for treatment of patients with surgical operation, treatment, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 35 patients were cured in 31 cases, 4 cases of death, comparison of different timing of operation treatment, early operation of the cure rate in patients with lower delay operation patients, and the mortality rate and complications were significantly increased, with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion for patients with severe acute pancreatitis to select appropriate opportunity of operation is very important for the prognosis of the patients, strict operation indication and timing of operation in the right, can significantly improve the cure rate and decrease mortality.
