目的：探讨两种剖宫产术式对二次剖宫产的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2013年1月～2014年1月15例再次剖宫产孕妇的临床资料，将首次剖宫产采用腹壁纵切口的7例产妇设为观察组，腹壁横切口的8例产妇设为对照组，观察两组产妇手术时间、术中出血量及腹腔粘连程度，并做对比性分析。结果二次剖宫产时对照组较观察组的手术至胎儿娩出时间及手术总时间长，且开腹出血量较观察组多，无粘连比率显著低于观察组，而轻度、中度及重度粘连以及总粘连率显著高于观察组，两组各项指标比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论前次剖腹产选取腹壁纵切口对再次剖宫产影响较小，但应严格掌握剖宫产指征，对有剖宫产指征者根据其自身情况选择最佳手术方式，以利于二次剖宫产的顺利进行。
