目的:观察贲门腺癌(GCA)组织中Raf激酶抑制蛋白(RKIP)和核因子-κBp65(NF-κBp65)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法160例GCA患者,手术时留取癌组织(腺癌组)及癌旁组织(癌旁组),采用免疫组化法检测标本中RKIP、NF-κBp65,并分析两指标间及与GCA临床病理特征的关系。结果腺癌组及癌旁组RKIP阳性表达率分别为38.75%、75.00%,两组比较,P<0.01;NF-κBp65阳性表达率分别为75.625%、20.000%,两组比较,P<0.01。 RKIP阳性表达与GCA淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);NF-κBp65阳性表达与GCA临床分期、肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。 GCA组织中RKIP与NF-κBp65表达呈负相关(r=-0.431,P<0.01)。结论 GCA组织中RKIP表达下调、NF-κBp65表达上升,RKIP表达减少或缺失可能通过上调NF-κBp65的表达促进GCA的侵袭和转移。

목적:관찰분문선암(GCA)조직중Raf격매억제단백(RKIP)화핵인자-κBp65(NF-κBp65)적표체변화,병탐토기의의。방법160례GCA환자,수술시류취암조직(선암조)급암방조직(암방조),채용면역조화법검측표본중RKIP、NF-κBp65,병분석량지표간급여GCA림상병리특정적관계。결과선암조급암방조RKIP양성표체솔분별위38.75%、75.00%,량조비교,P<0.01;NF-κBp65양성표체솔분별위75.625%、20.000%,량조비교,P<0.01。 RKIP양성표체여GCA림파결전이유관(P<0.05);NF-κBp65양성표체여GCA림상분기、종류분화정도、림파결전이유관(P균<0.05)。 GCA조직중RKIP여NF-κBp65표체정부상관(r=-0.431,P<0.01)。결론 GCA조직중RKIP표체하조、NF-κBp65표체상승,RKIP표체감소혹결실가능통과상조NF-κBp65적표체촉진GCA적침습화전이。
Objective To observe the expression changes of Raf kinase inhibitor protein ( RKIP) and nuclear factor-κBp65 (NF-κBp65) in gastric cardia adenocarcinoma (GCA) and to discuss the significance.Methods The expression of RKIP and NF-κBp65 in cancerous tissues ( carcinoma group ) and the paracancerous tissues ( adjacent group ) from 160 GCA patients were detected by immunohistochemistry assay .The relationships between the two indexes and with the clinical and pathological features of GCA were analyzed .Results The positive expression rates of RKIP in the cancerous tissues and paracancerous tissues were 38.75%and 52.5%, respectively;the difference was significant (P<0.01).The positive expression rates of NF-κBp65 in the two groups were 75 .625% and 20 .000%, and the difference was significant ( P<0.01).The positive expression rate of RKIP was associated with lymph node metastasis in GCA (P<0.05).The positive expression rate of NF-κBp65 was associated with clinical staging , differentiation of the cancer and lymph node metastasis (all P<0.05).Negative correlation was found between the expression of RKIP and NF-κBp65 in GCA (r=-0.431, P<0.01).Conclusions The expression of RKIP is down-regulated and NF-κBp65 is up-regulated in the GCA tissues .The invasion and metastasis of GCA are promoted by the up-regulation of NF-p65 expression and down-regulation RKIP expres-sion.
