目的:观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、E-黏钙素(E-cad)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP二步法检测52例份NSCLC组织(观察组)和11例份良性病变肺组织(对照组)中的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、E-黏钙素(E-cad),并分析两指标间及与NSCLC临床病理参数的相关性。结果观察组、对照组VEGF阳性率分别为71.15%(37/52)、18.18%(2/11),两组比较P<0.01;E-cad阳性率分别为57.69%(30/52)、90.91%(10/11),两组比较P<0.05。 VEGF、E-cad表达与NSCLC淋巴结转移、TNM分期、分化程度有关(P均<0.05),与其余病理参数无关(P均>0.05)。 Spearman等级相关分析显示,观察组VEGF表达与E-cad表达呈负相关(r=-0.373,P<0.01)。结论 NSCLC中VEGF表达上升,E-cad表达下调,两者可能协同参与NSCLC的发生、发展过程。

Objective To observe the expression changes of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) and E-cad-herin ( E-cad) in the tissues of non-small-cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) and to investigate the significance .Methods Immu-nohistochemical SP method was performed to detect the expression of VEGE and E -cad in 52 cases of NSCLC tissues ( ob-servation group ) and 11 benign lesion lung tissues ( control group ) .The correlations between two indexes and clinical path-ological index of NSCLC were analyzed .Results The positive expression rates of VEGF in the observation and control group were 71.15%(37/52) and 18.18%(2/11), respectively (all P<0.01).The positive expression rates of E-cad were 57.69%(30/52) and 90.91%(10/11), respectively (all P<0.05).The expression of VEGF and E-cad was cor-related with lymph node metastasis, TNM stages and differentiation degrees (all P<0.05), but was not correlated with the rest of pathological indexes (all P>0.05).Spearman rank related analysis showed that the expression of VEGF was nega-tively correlated with E-cad expression in the observation group (r=-0.373, P<0.01).Conclusions The VEGF ex-pression is up-regulated and E-cad expression is down-regulated in the NSCLC .Both of them may cooperatively participate in the occurrence and development of NSCLC .
