目的：探讨优质护理服务在股骨颈骨折术后护理中实施效果。方法：2012年2月-2014年2月收治股骨颈骨折患者100例，随机进行分组，就术后优质护理服务(观察组，n=50)与常规方案护理(对照组，n=50)效果进行比较。结果：观察组住院时间明显少于对照组，护理满意度明显高于对照组，随访9个月，髋关节活动度明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组并发症率2%，对照组14%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针对股骨颈骨折患者，在术后加强优质护理服务，可防范不良事件发生，确保护理质量，提高康复效果。
목적：탐토우질호리복무재고골경골절술후호리중실시효과。방법：2012년2월-2014년2월수치고골경골절환자100례，수궤진행분조，취술후우질호리복무(관찰조，n=50)여상규방안호리(대조조，n=50)효과진행비교。결과：관찰조주원시간명현소우대조조，호리만의도명현고우대조조，수방9개월，관관절활동도명현우우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조병발증솔2%，대조조14%，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：침대고골경골절환자，재술후가강우질호리복무，가방범불량사건발생，학보호리질량，제고강복효과。
To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service in nursing after the operation of femoral neck fracture.Methods:100 cases with femoral neck fracture were selected from February 2012 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into groups.We compare the effect of high quality nursing care after surgery(observation group,n=50) and conventional scheme of nursing(control group,n=50).Results:In the observation group,the hospitalization time was less than that of the control group;nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group;after 9 months follow-up,the activity of the hip was better than the control group;there was significant difference(P<0.05).The complications rate of the observation group was 2%. That of the control group was 14%.There was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with fracture of the femoral neck,we should strengthen the quality care after operation,which can prevent adverse events,to ensure the quality of nursing,and to improve the rehabilitation effect.
