目的：探讨布氏杆菌性脊柱炎的影像学诊断特点，以提高对该病的诊断水平。方法：收治布氏杆菌性脊柱炎患者14例，均行CT和MR检查，以及血清凝集试验。结果：病变分布于腰椎，其中以L4发病率最高。特征性表现：骨破坏灶小而多发，且多局限于椎体边缘，灶周增生硬化，新生骨中有新破坏灶形成；椎体边缘新生骨赘加上其间的破坏灶构成“花边椎”样表现。结论：布氏杆菌脊柱炎具有特征性影像表现，鉴别诊断主要包括腰椎结核、化脓性脊柱炎。

목적：탐토포씨간균성척주염적영상학진단특점，이제고대해병적진단수평。방법：수치포씨간균성척주염환자14례，균행CT화MR검사，이급혈청응집시험。결과：병변분포우요추，기중이L4발병솔최고。특정성표현：골파배조소이다발，차다국한우추체변연，조주증생경화，신생골중유신파배조형성；추체변연신생골췌가상기간적파배조구성“화변추”양표현。결론：포씨간균척주염구유특정성영상표현，감별진단주요포괄요추결핵、화농성척주염。
To explore the characteristics of imaging diagnosis of brucella spondylitis,in order to improve the diagnostic level of the disease.Methods:14 cases with brucella spondylitis were selected.They all underwent CT and MR examination,and serum agglutination test.Results:Distribution of lesions was the lumbar.Among them,the incidence of L4 was the highest.Features:bone destruction range was small,and it was multiple.They were limited to the edge of the vertebral body.Peripheral was sclerosis. In new bone,there were new damage range.There was a "lace vertebral" appearance formed by the new bone at the edge of the vertebral body and the destruction of lesion.Conclusion:Brucella spondylitis have characteristic imaging features.Differential diagnosis includes lumbar tuberculosis and suppurative spondylitis.
