Postoperation of abortion%The whole body fevering%Traditional Chinese medicine treatment
目的：通过分析人流术后发热的不同证型，抓住主要特征，进行辨证治疗。方法：2006-2011年收治人流术后全身发热患者50例，采用中医辨证治疗。结果：50例患者中，治愈45例(90%)，好转5例，总有效率100%。结论：采用中医辨证施治的原则治疗人流术后全身发热，取得了良好疗效，而且方便、价廉，值得临床推广。

목적：통과분석인류술후발열적불동증형，조주주요특정，진행변증치료。방법：2006-2011년수치인류술후전신발열환자50례，채용중의변증치료。결과：50례환자중，치유45례(90%)，호전5례，총유효솔100%。결론：채용중의변증시치적원칙치료인류술후전신발열，취득료량호료효，이차방편、개렴，치득림상추엄。
Through the analysis of the different syndrome types of abortion postoperative fever,to seize the main characteristics and take syndrome differentiation treatments.Methods:50 cases with the whole body fevering postoperation of abortion were selected from 2006 to 2011,and we took syndrome differentiation treatments of Traditional Chinese medicine. Results:In 50 cases,45 cases were cured(90%);5 cases took a turn for the better.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:It has obtained a good curative effect to take principle of Traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment based on the patients of the whole body fevering postoperation of abortion,which is also convenience and low price,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
