目的：探讨宫血宁胶囊在早孕药物流产后辅助治疗的疗效。方法：2008年1月-2010年10月收治药物流产患者80例，随机分为研究组和对照组，各40例，研究组给予宫血宁胶囊，对照组给予益母草颗粒，比较两组疗效。结果：研究组出血持续时间、出血量及腹痛程度均较对照组效果好。结论：宫血宁胶囊作为早孕药物流产后的辅助治疗，其抗炎、止血、止痛作用疗效可靠。

목적：탐토궁혈저효낭재조잉약물유산후보조치료적료효。방법：2008년1월-2010년10월수치약물유산환자80례，수궤분위연구조화대조조，각40례，연구조급여궁혈저효낭，대조조급여익모초과립，비교량조료효。결과：연구조출혈지속시간、출혈량급복통정도균교대조조효과호。결론：궁혈저효낭작위조잉약물유산후적보조치료，기항염、지혈、지통작용료효가고。
To investigate the curative effect of Gong Xue Ning capsule adjuvant treated after drug abortion in early pregnancy.Methods:80 cases that needed drug abortion were selected from January 2008 to October 2010.They were divided into the study group and the control group,40 cases in each.The study group were given Gong Xue Ning capsule.The control group were given motherwort granule.Then observe curative effect of two groups.Results:The duration of vaginal bleeding,bleeding and abdominal pain of the study group were improved better than that of the control group.Conclusion:As adjuvant therapy for early pregnancy after drug abortion,Gong Xue Ning capsule has the efficacy of anti-inflammatory,hemostatic and analgesic.
