目的：探讨鲑降钙素联合经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法：2010年1月-2013年1月收治脊柱压缩骨折老年患者46例，随机分为两组，每组23例，对照组采用经皮椎体成形术治疗，观察组在对照组基础上于围手术期加用鲑降钙素治疗。比较两组的住院费用、术后下地时间和骨密度差异，术后采用JOA评分系统评价脊柱功能，并观察不良反应的发生情况。结果：两组住院费用、术后下地时间和JOA评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。随访3个月后，观察组骨密度(0.798±0.110) g/cm3，对照组(0.756±0.112) g/cm3，其差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组1例出现消化道反应，发生率4.3%，经对症治疗后缓解，两组差异无统计学意义。结论：在老年压缩性骨折采用鲑降钙素联合经皮椎体成形术治疗可提高骨密度，降低再发骨折的风险，同时不增加不良反应的发生率。

목적：탐토해강개소연합경피추체성형술치료노년추체압축성골절적림상료효。방법：2010년1월-2013년1월수치척주압축골절노년환자46례，수궤분위량조，매조23례，대조조채용경피추체성형술치료，관찰조재대조조기출상우위수술기가용해강개소치료。비교량조적주원비용、술후하지시간화골밀도차이，술후채용JOA평분계통평개척주공능，병관찰불량반응적발생정황。결과：량조주원비용、술후하지시간화JOA평분차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。수방3개월후，관찰조골밀도(0.798±0.110) g/cm3，대조조(0.756±0.112) g/cm3，기차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조1례출현소화도반응，발생솔4.3%，경대증치료후완해，량조차이무통계학의의。결론：재노년압축성골절채용해강개소연합경피추체성형술치료가제고골밀도，강저재발골절적풍험，동시불증가불량반응적발생솔。
To investigate the clinical efficacy of salmon calcitonin combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of senile vertebral compression fractures.Methods:46 cases with vertebral compression fractures in elderly were selected from January 2010 to January 2013.They were randomLy divided into two groups with 23 cases in each.The control group were given percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment,and the observation group were given salmon calcitonin in the peri operation period with on the basis of the control group.We compared the hospitalization,postoperative ambulation time and bone mineral density differences of two groups.We used the JOA scoring system to evaluate the spinal function after operation,and observed the adverse reactions.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the postoperative ambulation time,the JOA score and hospitalization expenses of the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the bone mineral density of the control group was(0.798±0.110) g/cm3,and the control group was(0.756±0.112)g/cm3.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,1 cases of gastrointestinal reaction,the incidence was 4.3%,relieved by symptomatic treatment,and there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with compression fracture,the salmon calcitonin combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment can improve bone density,and reduce the risk of fractures,but it does not increase the incidence of adverse reaction.
