Due to the influence factors construction site, co-nstruction period limit, and the environment restriction, the municipal road construction process is relatively complicated, how to carry out the quality management and control is espe-cial y important. This paper aims at the characteristics of the municipal road construction and introduces the quality mana-gement and technology control essentials in the common mu-nicipal road construction.
