排水管道的设计施工等问题与大众日常生活、工作中所产生废水的排放质量密切相关，一旦管道出现堵塞等问题，则可能产生城市内涝方面的问题。故需要积极展开对市政排水工程技术以及城市内涝防御技术的研究，本文做具体分析。

The problems of drainage pipeline design and con-struction are closely related to the discharge of waste water produced in the daily life of common people. Once appear problem may produce urban waterlogging. Therefore need to actively carry out the research work about the technology of municipal drainage engineering and urban waterlogging defe-nse, this article analyzes this problem in a rather concrete way.
