本文结合大连市历史建筑改造的案例，借助胡塞尔统觉思想方法重新认识大连市历史建筑的历史价值。总体上论证了将胡塞尔统觉思想在改造中应用的可行性，重视场所精神和场所体验，意图推进历史建筑改造的发展。

This paper combining with the case of Dalian city historical building renovation, with the help of Husserl appe-rception method re-understands the historic value of Dalian City historical buildings. In general, it demonstrates the feas-ibility application of Husserl thought in the transformation of apperception, at ention to the spirit of place and place exp-erience, to promote the development of historic buildings tran-sformation.
