Valuation with bil of quantities changes the tradi-tional pat ern of project cost, which can effectively improve the utilization rate of project funds and reduce the cost of project investment and is a kind of ideal control method for project cost. This article introduces the mode of valuation with bil of quantities and discusses the control method of cons-truction cost under this mode.
