Municipal engineering construction belongs to the social public welfare undertakings, which can bring huge ec-onomic benefits for the society. In order to improve the eco-nomic ef iciency, it’s particularly important to do a good job of municipal engineering cost control. This paper discusses the influence factors of the current municipal engineering cost control, and divides into five stages to focus analysis of the essentials of cost control.
