In substation retaining wal design and construction, the soft soil foundation treatment problems often occur. Pine piles construction technology is simple with low cost, which is suitable use in the foundations of the groundwater. This article combines with electrical engineering design and construction practices to discuss the problems of pine timber dealing with soft soil foundation.
