深基护壁技术是高层建筑施工的重要一环。应用了预应力拉锚护壁桩的技术，即采用单排连锁的钢筋砼灌注桩，桩顶设钢筋砼锁梁形成连续挡护墙，增设预应力拉锚系统，组成稳定的空间受力体系，保证了深基坑的可靠施工。

Deep foundation retaining wal technology is an important part of the high-rise building construction. The ap-plication of prestressed anchor retaining wal pile technology namely using the single chain of reinforced concrete piles, and the pile top set form continuous retaining wal reinforced co-ncrete beam lock by adding prestressed anchor system so as to form stable space force system and guarantee the reliable construction of deep foundation pit.
