Coal mine production is an important part of social and economic development in China and the coal mine con-struction project has got great development. If people want further improve the quality of project construction, people must strengthen the research of its management. This paper an-alyzes the current situation of coal mine construction engi-neering quality management and puts forward the correspo-nding improvement measures.
