根据某门式刚架厂房需要增加吊车荷载要求，对厂房使用状况进行检查，厂房主要构件基本完好。在此基础上对厂房进行了可靠性鉴定，依据《工业建筑可靠性鉴定标准》（GB50144-2008），提出了可靠性评级，并给出了处理建议。

According to a gantry frame plants demand to increase the crane load requirements and inspect the factory usage, the factory main basic components should have good condition. On this base, this article evaluates the plant relia-bility and bases on the appraisal standard of industrial building reliability (GB50 144-2008) to put forward the reliability ratings and gives the treatment recommendations.
