In recent years, the urban flood is quite serious in China and the domestic urban flood disasters occurred freq-uently, which directly affects the citizens in the city safety and daily life and production. This paper analyzes the problems of urban flood control and drainage in view of the effects of flo-oding, and explores the countermeasures to solve the problem in order to improve the urban flood control and drainage cap-ability.
