This article analyzes the characteristics of the city of Hunan province and the advantage of low carbon city construction, and puts forward the low carbon city develop-pment strategy in Hunan, adheres to the concept of low-carbon and build low carbon city economic system and low carbon markets, popularize the lifestyle of low carbon, vigorously de-velop science and technology to improve the ability of urban construction.
