Highway engineering is an important project for the development of transportation in our country. Only strictly control ing the bidding for highway engineering budget and quotation, can promoting the sustainable development of transportation in our country. This paper briefly analyzes the preparation of highway engineering bidding quotation and summarizes the bidding and quotation method of highway engineering budget strategy.
