本文从循环经济的基本理论出发，分析了循环经济与城市规划设计的联系与相互作用，提出了循环经济理论在城市规划设计中的应用，从总体规划、功能规划、系统协调三个方面对其进行了分析，最后提出了规划设计的具体措施。

Starting from the basic theory of circular economy, this paper analyzes the contact and interaction of circular economy and the urban planning and design, puts forward the application of circular economy theory in urban planning and design, analyzes from three aspects of the overal planning, function planning, and system coordination, and finally put forward the concrete measures of planning and design.
