The development of smal cities and towns change with each passing day, Chinese urbanization construction sho-uld pay at ention to the coordination between environment and development. Based on the concept of ecology, this paper analysis and research of the planning and construction of smal towns and combines with the actual case of town planning, and discusses the natural environment of smal towns and hum-anistic economic development planning.
