本文通过分析深圳海岸城办公建筑首层大堂与低层商业位置排斥的现象以及香港高商业价值地段办公建筑设置空中大堂的现象、原因及优缺点，对相似地段的深圳八卦岭安吉尔办公大堂的实例设计，探究了该模式的可行性。

This paper analyzed the phenomenon that the first floor office lobby of Shenzhen Coastal City rejected low-rise commercial and the phenomenon, reasons, advantages and disadvantages of set ing sky lobbies in lots of buildings that with high commercial value section in Hong Kong,then made study on the official lobby of Angel in Bagualing, Shenzhen as wel which is similar to the Hong Kong model, so as to make a preliminary study on the feasibility of the model.
