With the continuous expansion of Chinese urban-ization, the environmental pressure is also increasing. Effec-tively solve the problem of urban environment and improve residents' living environment have become the problems that need be solved. This article mainly researches the problems of urban soil and water conservation, and analysis ef ective cou-ntermeasure to solve the problem of urban soil and water loss.
