灌河大桥主墩承台位于深水中,平面尺寸较大,属于大体积混凝,水化作用易产生裂缝。为有效避免混凝土裂缝的产生,本文通过对混凝土原材料、配合比、冷却管安装、混凝土养护和温度监控等环节的分析,提出了合理有效的温度控制措施。

To effectively avoid the cracks of concrete, this article through analyzing the concrete raw materials, mixing ratio, cooling pipe instal ation, concrete curing, temperature monitoring and other links, puts forward reasonable and effective temperature control measures.
