The author embarks from the advantages and dis-advantages of semi-rigid base and flexible base, analyzes the ATB 25 advantages of flexible base compares with semi-rigid base and combines with the engineering practice, and studies the asphalt stabilized macadam mixture ratio design and co-nstruction technology of base at the same time.
