笔者从事公路工程行业多年，入行以来经手的大大小小施工项目有数十余件。在长期的工作中，发现公路工程中存在很多问题。特别是竣工审计和施工过程中的问题，严重影响到了工程成本和质量，有必要对其进行探讨。

필자종사공로공정행업다년，입행이래경수적대대소소시공항목유수십여건。재장기적공작중，발현공로공정중존재흔다문제。특별시준공심계화시공과정중적문제，엄중영향도료공정성본화질량，유필요대기진행탐토。
The author occupies in the highway construction industry for many years, large and smal construction projects since more than dozens through into the line. In the long-term work, people find a lot of problems in highway engineering. Especial y the completion of the audit and the problems in the construction process seriously affects the project cost and quality, which is necessary to explore.
