本文通过对新都市主义理论的阐述及其在中国当代居住建筑中的反映，发现了当代居住建筑在城市层面存在的问题，并粗略展望了未来新都市主义居住建筑的前景，学习了新都市主义研究问题的方法。

This article bases on the elaboration of the new urbanism theory and its reflection in the contemporary reside-ntial buildings of China, finds the existing problems of modern residential building in the city level, and roughly outlook the future new urbanism residential buildings and study the me-thods of new urbanism research problem.
