随着建筑装饰行业的发展，建筑装饰企业为增强竞争力需要做好成本控制与管理。本文从我国建筑装饰工程成本管理过程中存在的问题入手，挖掘其问题产生的原因。并在此基础上，提出了健全完善建筑装饰工程项目成本管理的措施。
