工程造价预结算作为项目建设的重要组成部分，是项目建设过程中确定合理工程造价的关键方法与程序。本文主要依据我国出台的相关法律与法规，利用我国建设机构的工程定额与收费标准等相关规定为工具，对承包合同与施工方案等做出了合理造价。
