随着能源短缺矛盾的加剧，节能显得更为重要，越来越受到重视，在房建施工中体现得尤为明显。文章首先简述了节能技术的重要性；然后结合实例，分析了应用中的不足；最后从屋面、门窗、墙体等方面，对其在房屋施工中的实际应用进行了分析。

As the aggravate that the energy shortage contra-diction, energy saving is more important and taken at ention more and more seriously, which is especial y apparent in housing construction. In this paper, the importance of energy saving technology was briefly described, and the shortage of application was analyzed combined with some examples. Fi-nal y, the practical application in housing construction was analyzed from the sides of roof, Windows, wal s, etc.
