近年来，建筑施工技术在不断地更新完善。施工技术的先进与否，决定了建筑质量的高低。因此，施工技术要不断地发展更新，才能推动我国建筑行业快速稳定的发展。本文就建筑施工技术的发展方向以及现状进行了分析。

In recent years, the construction technology is in update constantly. The advanced construction technology det-ermines the quality of construction. Therefore, the construction technology should be continual y updated, which can promote development of construction industry stably and rapidly in China. In this paper, the development direction and the present situation of the construction technology is analyzed.
