自中国改革开放以来，国民经济的快速发展促进了城镇化进程的不断加速，但在这个过程中必然存在各种各样的问题。应紧抓发展我国城镇化产业链条，进一步提高政府服务水平，以及不断创新投资融资机制等措施及建议，用改革推进新型城镇化。

The rapid development of national economy has promoted the accelerating of urbanization process since Ch-ina's reform and opening up, but there must be a variety of problems in the process. Therefore, China should develop the industry chain of urbanization, further improve the level of government services and constantly reform the investment and financing mechanism, promote the urbanization with inno-vation.
