According to the requirements of the municipal road and bridge’ subgrade construction, for different subgrades of roads and Bridges, different methods of construction ma-nagement are often used, which is basic ability of every ma-nager. Some technical management strategies are explored in this article, which wil providing some references for road and bridges’ subgrade construction technology in our country.
