To al eviate the conflict between departments compiled planning, "multiple gauge fusion" is getting more and more at ention. This paper analyzes the current "multiple gauge fusion"mainstream thinking and its limitations to focus on the project management process again, and put forward the"macro guide+bot om line control+distributed management"as the core of"multiple gauge fusion"new thinking.
