From the situation of domestic road asphalt pav-ement that has been built yet perspective, the reasons for the most of failed engineering is the imperfection of the quality control system. This requests us strict construction technology in the practical engineering construction to ensure the engine-eering quality. From two aspects of construction preparation and on-site construction, this paper discusses the construction management measures to the highway asphalt pavement.
