PID控制是工业上最常用的定值控制方式,但是由于PID控制与变频器的拖动装置及传感器组合在一起,难以在实训教学中完成PID项目实习实训。利用电动机现有配备的编码器,配合一附加的电子电路板,可以将编码器模拟成直流发电机,用其分压后输出电压做反馈信号以代替传感器,用模拟负载电位器等效调节负载的变化,配合实训台上现有的西门子MM420变频器和180W三相交流异步电动机,从而实现了低成本、体积小、重量轻的PID实训装置,达成了实训教学目标。
