目的：了解手术室护士对舒适护理的知晓情况和执行状况，探讨如何在手术护理中落实舒适护理。方法采用随机抽样方法选取258名手术室护士，对其进行手术舒适护理知晓情况及执行状况等相关问题的回顾性调查问卷。结果159名（61.6%）护士了解此概念，99名（38.4%）护士理解此概念；工龄长，职称高、相对工龄短，职称低护士对此概念更为了解，但差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；而三级医院护士和本科学历护士对概念了解程度明显高于二级医院护士和低学历护士，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。手术室护士对于择期手术患者执行舒适护理情况较急诊患者好，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；对需摆放体位手术患者执行舒适护理稍优于无需摆放体位患者，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；对于术前患者执行舒适护理情况最好，优于术中、术后执行舒适护理患者，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论绝大部分手术室护士能掌握舒适护理的概念，并能在围术期主动、良好地执行舒适护理，但在急诊手术患者以及术后舒适护理方面还有待提高。

Objective To understand the awareness and performance of nurses in operating room to comfort care ,and explore how to perform comfort care in operating nursing. Methods Retrospective questionnaire of awareness of comfort care during surgery,performance of comfort care and so on was conducted among 258 nurses in operating room by random sampling. Results 159 nurses knew this concept(61.6%),and 99 nurses understood the concept (38.4%);the nurses with long working age and high technical title had deeper understanding to the concept than the nurses with short working age and low technical title ,but the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05);the understanding on the concept of nurses with bachelor degree or in Third Grade Hospital was significantly higher than that of nurse with low-level education or in Second Grade Hospital(P<0.05);the nurses in operating room had better performance of comfort care to the patients with selective operation than emergency patients ,with sta tistically significant difference(P<0.01);the performance of comfort care to the patients with position posture was superior to that of the patients without position posture without statistically significant difference (P>0.05);the patients with pre-operative comfort care had the best results ,and the difference had statistical significance compared with the patients with intra-operative and post-operative comfort care(P<0.01). Conclusion Most of the nurses in operating room can grasp the concept of comfort care, and they can also practice it in preoperative period well ,but the performance of comfort care in emergency patients and post-operation re-mains to be improved.
