目的:探讨葛根素注射液对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)溶栓再通后心肌的保护作用。方法选择2009年6月12日至2013年12月12日收治的198例STEMI 患者中溶栓靶血管再通176例作为治疗组,另选择2006年5月25日至2009年5月27日住院的207例STEMI患者中溶栓再通129例作为对照组。对照组患者采用常规溶栓治疗;治疗组患者在常规溶栓治疗的同时应用葛根素注射液治疗,分别监测两组患者溶栓后心肌酶变化(每隔2 h),用动态心电图监测两组患者8h内心律失常的发生情况。结果治疗组患者心肌酶到达峰值的时间较对照组提前,且心律失常发生率较对照组明显低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葛根素注射液可明显减低各种心肌酶的释放,降低严重心律失常发生率,促进心功能恢复,从而有效减轻STEMI患者心肌缺血后再灌注损伤。

목적:탐토갈근소주사액대급성ST단태고형심기경사(STEMI)용전재통후심기적보호작용。방법선택2009년6월12일지2013년12월12일수치적198례STEMI 환자중용전파혈관재통176례작위치료조,령선택2006년5월25일지2009년5월27일주원적207례STEMI환자중용전재통129례작위대조조。대조조환자채용상규용전치료;치료조환자재상규용전치료적동시응용갈근소주사액치료,분별감측량조환자용전후심기매변화(매격2 h),용동태심전도감측량조환자8h내심률실상적발생정황。결과치료조환자심기매도체봉치적시간교대조조제전,차심률실상발생솔교대조조명현저,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론갈근소주사액가명현감저각충심기매적석방,강저엄중심률실상발생솔,촉진심공능회복,종이유효감경STEMI환자심기결혈후재관주손상。
Objective To explore the protective effect of puerarin injection on acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) after thrombolytic therapy. Methods A total of 176 patients with thrombolytic recanalization from 198 STEMI patients,who were received from June 12,2009 to December 12,2013,were taken as treatment group;while other 129 pa-tients from 207 STEMI patients,who were hospitalized from May 25,2006 to May 27,2009,were selected as control group. The control group adopted routine thrombolytic therapy ,while the treatment group was added with puerarin injection on the basis of routine thrombolytic therapy. The changes of myocardial enzyme (every other 2 h) were monitored,and the incidence of arrhythmia within 8 h was detected by dynamic electrocardiogram. Results The time of myocardial enzyme to peak in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group ,and the levels of myocardial enzyme and the incidence rate of arrhythmia reduced more obviously than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups had statistically significance(P<0.05). Con-clusion Puerarin injection can significantly reduce the release of all kinds of myocardial enzyme ,decrease the incidence rate of severe arrhythmia,promote the recovery of heart function,and thus alleviate the damage of reperfusion of myocardial ischemia of the patients with acute myocardial infarction.
