The paper introduces the design and control me-thod of cold and heat source system of a Grand Hotel in Be-ijing. The Hotel uses cooling tower for cooling at transition season. The paper elaborates the design of air conditioning wa-ter system, air conditioning wind system and the heat recovery system in the hotel, introduces the difficulty and importance of pipe network synthesis in the reconstruction project.
