目的:观察病毒性心肌炎( VMC)患者血清IL-17、IL-35水平变化,探讨其意义。方法选择70例VMC患者( VMC组,其中急性期41例、恢复期29例)及30例健康查体者(对照组),采用ELISA法检测血清IL-17、IL-35水平,采用微粒子化学发光免疫分析法检测心肌肌钙蛋白I( cTnI)水平,分析各指标相关性。结果 VMC组血清IL-17及cTnI水平均显著高于对照组、血清IL-35水平显著低于对照组,尤以急性期为著(P均<0.05)。 VMC组血清IL-17和IL-35分别与cTnI水平呈正相关、负相关,r值分别为0.681、-0.583,P均<0.05;血清IL-17与IL-35水平呈负相关,r=-0.482,P<0.01。结论 VMC患者血清IL-17与IL-35水平异常并与病情有关,两者可能共同参与了VMC的发生、发展。

목적:관찰병독성심기염( VMC)환자혈청IL-17、IL-35수평변화,탐토기의의。방법선택70례VMC환자( VMC조,기중급성기41례、회복기29례)급30례건강사체자(대조조),채용ELISA법검측혈청IL-17、IL-35수평,채용미입자화학발광면역분석법검측심기기개단백I( cTnI)수평,분석각지표상관성。결과 VMC조혈청IL-17급cTnI수평균현저고우대조조、혈청IL-35수평현저저우대조조,우이급성기위저(P균<0.05)。 VMC조혈청IL-17화IL-35분별여cTnI수평정정상관、부상관,r치분별위0.681、-0.583,P균<0.05;혈청IL-17여IL-35수평정부상관,r=-0.482,P<0.01。결론 VMC환자혈청IL-17여IL-35수평이상병여병정유관,량자가능공동삼여료VMC적발생、발전。
Objective To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of serum interleukin -17 ( IL-17 ) and interleukin-35(IL-35) in patients with viral moycarditis (VMC).Methods Seventy patients with VMC(VMC group, 41 in acute stage and 29 in remission stage ) and 30 healthy subjects ( control group ) were enrolled , Enzyme-linked immu-nosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the blood serum level of IL-17 and IL-35, and chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassa was used to detect the blood serum level of cardiac troponin I (cTnI).The relationship among the indexes were analyzed.Results The serum level of IL-17 and cTnI in VMC group were both higher than those in the control group ,and the IL-35 was in the contrary, especially for the patients in acute stage ( all P<0.05).The serum level of IL-17 and IL-35 showed positive and negative corelation to the cTnI , r=0.681,-0.583( both P<0.05);IL-17 was negatively correlated to IL-35,r=-0.482,P<0.01.Conclusion The blood serum level of IL-17 and IL-35 in VMC patients is abnormal and correlated to the codition , these two indexes may be involved in the pathogenesis and development of VMC .
