目的:探讨PBL教学法和传统口授教学法在小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病教学中的应用效果。方法:随机在本校12级临床本科专业6个班中选取2个班进行研究,随机分为实验班和对照班,教授《小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病》一章,实验班采用PBL教学法,对照班采用传统口授教学法,比较两班学生的学习兴趣、学习成绩方面的教学效果。结果:实验班学生学习成绩优秀率70%(28/40)显著高于对照班成绩优秀率50%(20/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验班学生对该课程感兴趣的百分比95%显著高于对照班72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法在小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的教学中可以显著提高教学质量及教学效果,值得各教育机构推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method and traditional dictation teaching method in the teaching of children with vitamin D deficiency ricket.Methods:In 6 classes of 12 grade clinical undergraduate program,there were randomly selected 2 classes to study.They were randomly divided into the experimental class and the control class."children with vitamin D deficiency ricket"chapter was professored.The experimental class were given PBL teaching method.The control class were given traditional dictation teaching method.The teaching effects of learning interest and school record of students in two classes were compared.Results:The excellent rate of school record of the experimental class was 70%(28/40).It was significantly higher than 50%(20/40) of the control class.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of learning interest of the experimental class was 95%.It was significantly higher than 72.5% of the control class.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching method in the teaching of children with vitamin D deficiency ricket can significantly improve the teaching quality and teaching effect.It is worthy of the promotion of educational institutions.
