目的：分析研究原发性高血压患者的社区护理、健康教育措施及效果。方法：2012年1月-2013年11月收治原发性高血压患者81例，给予心理、饮食、用药、运动、并发症及家庭护理，并给予相关健康教育，总结患者血压的变化情况、依从性及并发症。结果：经过护理，患者的SBP、DBP、BPV均较护理前显著下降，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；患者依从性显著增高，并发症发生率显著降低，与护理前相比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对原发性高血压患者给予社区护理及健康教育可有效控制血压，提高患者依从性，并显著降低并发症的发生，具有重要意义。

목적：분석연구원발성고혈압환자적사구호리、건강교육조시급효과。방법：2012년1월-2013년11월수치원발성고혈압환자81례，급여심리、음식、용약、운동、병발증급가정호리，병급여상관건강교육，총결환자혈압적변화정황、의종성급병발증。결과：경과호리，환자적SBP、DBP、BPV균교호리전현저하강，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；환자의종성현저증고，병발증발생솔현저강저，여호리전상비차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대원발성고혈압환자급여사구호리급건강교육가유효공제혈압，제고환자의종성，병현저강저병발증적발생，구유중요의의。
Objective:To explore the effect of community care and health education of patients with primary hypertension.Methods:81 cases with primary hypertension were selected from January 2012 to November 2013.They were given psychological,diet, exercise,medication,complications and nursing home care,and were given the related health education.We summarized the patient's blood pressure changes,compliance and complications.Results:After the nursing care, SBP,DBP,BPV of patients were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of patients was significantly increased.The complication rate was significantly reduced,compared with the preoperative care.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of community care and health education of patients with primary hypertension can effectively control blood pressure,and improve patient compliance,reduce complications.It is of great significance.
