目的：探讨急性心肌梗死患者急诊溶栓治疗的具体护理措施及其临床应用效果。方法：2011-2013年收治急性心肌梗死患者100例，将其分为对照组与观察组，各50例。对照组接受常规急诊溶栓治疗，观察组在治疗基础上应用针对性急诊溶栓护理，对比两组并发症发生概率及平均住院时间。结果：相对于对照组，观察组并发症发生几率及平均住院时间均有显著优越性，对比存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对急性心肌梗死患者实施急诊溶栓治疗，并引入相应的护理干预，能够帮助患者改善预后，提高治疗效果，值得推广和普及。
목적：탐토급성심기경사환자급진용전치료적구체호리조시급기림상응용효과。방법：2011-2013년수치급성심기경사환자100례，장기분위대조조여관찰조，각50례。대조조접수상규급진용전치료，관찰조재치료기출상응용침대성급진용전호리，대비량조병발증발생개솔급평균주원시간。결과：상대우대조조，관찰조병발증발생궤솔급평균주원시간균유현저우월성，대비존재통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대급성심기경사환자실시급진용전치료，병인입상응적호리간예，능구방조환자개선예후，제고치료효과，치득추엄화보급。
Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical application and specific nursing measures of thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute myocardial infarction in emergency.Methods:100 cases with acute myocardial infarction were selected from 2011 to 2013.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each.The control group received routine emergency thrombolytic therapy.The observation group were applied the emergency care of thrombolytic therapy on the basis of the control group.We compared the complication occurrence probability and the average hospitalization time of two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the complication probability and the mean time of hospitalization of the observation group were significantly superior,and there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of emergency thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and introduce the corresponding nursing intervention. It can help improve the prognosis of the patients, and improve the therapeutic effect.So it is worthy of promotion and popularization.
