阿尔茨海默病，俗称老年痴呆(Alzheimer Disease，AD)，早期临床表现往往不被配偶及子女重视而错过有效护理干预，到晚期患者极易受到意外事件的伤害。本文通过对AD患者中应急事件的原因及防范措施进行分析和总结，为护理人员提供优质的护理和建立健全的预防措施提供帮助。

Alzheimer's Disease is also known as dementia (AD).The early clinical manifestations are often not taken seriously by spouse and children,so effective nursing intervention are missed.The AD patients in terminal are vulnerable to accidents of injuries.In this artile,we analyzed and summaried the influence factors and precautionary measures of emergency events in elderly patients with Alzheimer disease,to provide help to nursing staff with high quality cares and establish the sane preventive measures.
